Guardianship

• Pack with paperwork to apply for Welfare Guardianship & Guide $40 (GST inclusive)
• Pack with paperwork to apply for Property Administrator & Guide $40 (GST inclusive)
• Pack with paperwork to apply for Property Administrator & Welfare Guardianship with guide $50 (GST inclusive)
• Filling in of paperwork by 'Adult Guardianship Services Trust (AGST) on behalf of applicant for Care & Welfare Guardianship $180 (GST inclusive)
• Filling in of paperwork by AGST on behalf of applicant for Care & Welfare Guardianship & Property Administrator or Manager $200 (GST inclusive)
• AGS to make application and be appointed as Care & Welfare Guardian $400 (GST inclusive) Plus an hourly rate of $65 (GST inclusive) to visit with the person, make checks, provide consents, attend reviews and/or provide reports. Note: Monthly visits are recommended.
